Gemini Property Developers, one of the leading and prestigious business groups in India and the Middle East, has begun construction of Gemini Splendor, the first of a series of high-profile, luxury residential projects, the company plans to build in the GCC in the coming years.Gemini Splendor joins a growing list of luxury residential buildings to be announced in Dubai in recent times. Located in the Hartland community in Dubai Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, the iconic project with a built-up area of over 320,000 square feet is expected to be completed in early 2018.Following its groundbreaking earlier this month, the construction work has been initiated at the site by the developers.
